Home Reports

A Home Report is required for most residential property for sale in Scotland. These can only be carried out by Chartered Surveyors and we can produce a Single Survey, Valuation and Energy Report that will allow you to proceed with marketing your home.

Our firm is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. As a regulated firm we must be seen to be complying with RICS globally recognised practise standards.

Single Survey

This is an assessment of the condition of the home, both inside and out and will comment on the condition of things such as the roof, walls, windows, kitchen fittings, plumbing etc.
